We just completed a great seminar about going to the Bahamas in your Hunter sailboat. 70 people registered, paid 25 $'s each and showed up. Lunch was served and a handy reference book was included. Fellow cruisers that got up and spoke were informative and helped fill in all the blanks that seem to be left open when reading articles about going to the islands. The event more than any thing seemed to create the feeling of family at our dealership and strong goodwill. It broke down the intimidation barrier that always keep people from just going. It was all and all a great success.
Next event is Hot Diggitey Dog Sundays, first Sunday of every month--hope it works.
We seem to be getting busier in the canvas shop, having a good reputation realy pays off. It would be nice to have some one walk in that could run it and keep taking it to the next levels. It should get stronger as the economy does.
Any advice??
